Asset Management and Financial Reporting: Through monthly detailed financial and physical review, each property’s performance is analyzed. During this analysis, employees performance is reviewed by corporate staff to ensure that all employee duties are being performed to satisfaction. All staff involved in this analysis answer directly to the corporate staff of Dimension One Management to prevent and identify potential issues that the properties might have to overcome.

Financial Reporting: Dimension One Management, Inc. uses industry standard software and hardware to provide proper communication with government agencies. Most government agencies require the use of different software to match up with their regulatory software. Our software providers have customizable modules for different programs and requirements.
Most of our properties have been outfitted with current software and hardware to provide a vital component of technology to this ever changing industry. One of our goals is to provide timely information to our owners and agencies.
All of the software input is supervised by the corporate office to monitor traffic, posting payments, track inventory, and manage housing vouchers. HUD’s software TRACS and Rural Development’s MINC system is connected directly to our software. As technology changes, upgrades and improvements to software provide the most efficiency and highest quality of asset management available.
Training and Compliance:
The property management industry has ever changing rules and
regulations. Dimension
One Management understands that continual training and education is
required to keep our properties in compliance.
Area managers receive quarterly training and work under the
direct supervision of the president of Dimension One Management.
We provide an open line of communication to all of our staff
to provide answers to compliance and emergency issues.
Insurance & Risk Management: Dimension One Management has worked with 4 different insurance agents that provide access to a variety insurance carriers and different types of coverage such as blanket coverage and wind coverage in low lying coastal areas in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. All of the insurance policies and information is handled in the corporate office.
All policies are reviewed annually with our agents to insure that all of our properties have the proper and best coverage available. Having such a long history with our insurance carriers and agents allow us to reduce unnecessary costs associated with insurance coverage.
Our insurance agents know what we look for in our insurance carriers and coverage so they present us with exactly what is needed. Our corporate office staff is on call during emergencies, such as Hurricanes, Storms and Catastrophes to provide immediate action and have emergency services onsite ASAP
Site Maintenance: All of our properties have maintenance technicians available for repairs and disseminating emergencies. Our maintenance staff is trained and supervised by area supervisors and other experienced maintenance technicians that have been with us for years. Procedures are in place to provide proper response time to maintenance calls, unit turnover and preventative maintenance.
Dimension One Management, Inc. uses vendors that provide discounts
to us because of the volume of supplies ordered.
These cost savings are transferred down to the property and
ultimately to the owner.
Long term planning and issues are discussed with the owner to
preserve their investments.
