Dimension One Management

Dimension One Management was founded in 1990 as an affiliate of the development company, Dimension One Associates, Inc.  The founding partners had a track record of more than ten years in the management industry prior to starting Dimension One Management Inc.

DOM manages multi-family communities and single family homes in the Southeastern United States.  The current portfolio consists of more than 1500 rental units in twenty-three cities.

DOM offers a diversified and full array of services in the property management field.  It’s staff have long standing experience in affordable and conventional housing.  Affordable housing programs including Housing Credits(tax credits), BONDS, HUD, USDA Rural Development and SAIL.

Philosophy in Management

We have established our reputation through the “hands on” approach of our management team.  The key to this approach is the training that is provided through in house, on site training and seminars and programs designated by the leading industry educational programs.

On site staff and corporate staff attend educational programs annually.  Staff is kept current on the ever changing regulations that govern most housing programs to provide the highest quality of service for the owners and residents.
